**Originally it says that the cloud turns into a heavy lump, but for the sake of it being rain and the way it behaves in the sentence I'm turning it into a cloud, which is, essentially, what rain would probably too if it lumped together to follow someone around anyways.

***I wasn't sure if, if I'd just left it at ''you're here'' it would have been clear enough that the sentence meant that the 'you' person has actually come to visit the 'me' person and just arrived.
